Where you headed?
My favorite line from my favorite childhood show, Then Came Bronson, was when someone would ask Bronson where he was headed. His answer: "Wherever I end up
I guess." Hmm. If I were coaching Bronson I might ask him to say more about that.
The purpose of coaching is to help you move you from where you are to where you want to be. The additional good news is it also works if you're not exactly sure where you want to be. Coaching can help you get clear about that.
Coaching provides a powerful development opportunity no matter where you are in your career or your life. It works because of the premise it's designed around – that you, not someone else, has the best solutions for your own challenges. My job as the coach is to help you access those ideas and acton upon them.
The best way to understand the value of being coached is to try it on for size. Reach out and we can do a trial session. We'll see where we end up.
