Where you headed?
My favorite line from my favorite childhood show, Then Came Bronson, was when someone would ask Bronson where he was headed. His answer: "Wherever I end up
I guess." Hmm. If I were coaching Bronson I might ask him to say more about that.
The purpose of coaching is to help you move you from where you are to where you want to be. The additional good news is it also works if you're not exactly sure where you want to be. Coaching can help you get clear about that.
